Our primary objective is to provide clear, strategic advice to assist clients in reaching their objectives.
We are experienced in providing expert advice upon the primary issues which arise within Solicitors Act Proceedings, and also at the outset or even prior to commencing proceedings, as regards estimates (Precedent H, budgets, funding models, estimates and forecast), including the suitability of alternative fee agreements such as contingency fees, fixed fees and conditional fee agreements.
We are also instructed to advise upon the costs of a number of other professionals in the fields of Accountancy and Receivership (both Management and Enforcement) and Loss Adjustors and have carried out auditing services for the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund and a number of government agencies.
We regularly conduct seminars to provide CPD-accredited training etc. to advise and update upon matters of both law and procedure.
