The History of Knapp Richardson
Knapp Richardson Costs Lawyers and Law Costs Draftsmen was established in 1984 and is located in the heart of London, in close proximity to the High Court/Senior Court Costs Office.
We pride ourselves on our heritage and our ability to offer a premium bespoke service in which we adopt traditional values of diligent hard work and close attention to detail. All are our staff are highly trained in Excel and we are always looking at new technological advances to ensure we provide both the most update to date, comprehensive and streamlined service.
Our highly experienced team are able to advise upon and provide analysis of data in a wealth of formats, not only to simplify and optimise case management. But also, at the outset (or prior to commencement of proceedings) to evaluate the viability, advise upon funding options and ultimate costs objectives. We work as a key part of our client’s team and provide assistance and support at each stage of the proceedings and negotiations.
We have an unrivalled reputation for excellence and our long-established client base, includes a number of the top City Law Firms. Although we deal with a whole range of claims from moderate personal injury, criminal, matrimonial and high value corporate actions. We specialise in large complex disputes (either in the High Court or at Arbitration). We work with and advise both national and international government agencies upon, individual claims and multi-million-pound, class actions. Over the past 3 decades, we have been involved in a large number of high profile, reported cases. We also provide advice to our client’s partners in the US, Europe, the Channel Islands, BVI, Dubai and other jurisdictions.
